Manual Adhesion Release works like this:

1. Use the Integrative Diagnosis system to identify the exact location of the adhesion. 
2. Shorten structure.
3. Place contact slightly distal against adhesion.
4. Set contact depth.
5. Set contact tension. 
6. Lengthen structure while maintaining depth and increasing tension.
